Your Tasks:

  • Monitor supplier performance related to regulatory requirements, SDGs, and other sustainability areas in accordance with internally defined guidelines and customer requirements
  • Risk analysis of the supply base according to the internally identified needs and perspectives
  • Tracking complex supply chain risks and events in order to identify any imminent risks
  • Communication with suppliers in areas related to due diligence and sustainability topics and targets
  • Analysis of relevant risks in relation to sustainability, CO2 emissions and specific customer requirements
  • Interface between department and internal stakeholders and suppliers


Your strengths:

  • University degree in Economics or similar education
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an industrial environment in Supplier Risk Management or Purchasing
  • Basic understanding of SDGs, ESG and legal requirements related to sustainability
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of automotive specific standards (IATF16949, VDA, etc.)
  • Strong written and communications skills
  • Proficient English, German is a plus
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization with an international mind set
  • Very good command of MS Office (Excel is mandatory)
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers in a global environment
  • Proactive and willing to learn and develop
