Start successfully to a career with prospects
Start successfully to a career with prospects. Kromberg & Schubert offers you the atmosphere of a family company combined with the structures of a global company. Use your opportunities with a profound apprenticeship at a global player in the automotive sector – as a information technology specialist or as an industrial management assistant. Or enjoy a taster of our company with a work experience placement.
Your apprenticeship
The apprenticeship plans at Kromberg & Schubert are defined in conjunction with the IHK and officially approved. As an information technology specialist, the paths of application development and system administration are open to you. Industrial management assistants become familiar with all commercial departments in the company. You will gain approx. 6 months of valuable experience in each of the core divisions. Teamwork is a key part for us, therefore you will regularly go onto visits (e.g. to our production plants or to one of our customers) together with all our other apprentices.
Even during your apprenticeship you can of course enjoy all the benefits of working in a concern. You can take advantage of a flexible working time. You can also enjoy wage increases and one-off bonuses. Your contact person in the departments, the works council as well as the training officer are available at any time to discuss any personal issues or requests you may have.
Your work experience
It is not easy to decide what is the right career for you. Work experience during the school vacations can give you an early overview of opportunities at Kromberg & Schubert. Get to know the careers without any obligation. As a student you can simply gain some work experience with us during the school holidays.
Your application
Your application is forwarded to the department. In a first interview, you will get an overview of the company and of your training or work experience. You will say something about your experience and ambitions. If we like what we see, we will invite you to another meeting to discuss the training/work experience plan in detail. We are looking forward to your application.
