How did you first hear of Kroschu?
A family member who works at Kroschu told me about the company.
What made you pick Kroschu as an employer?
Kroschu has excellent technical departments and a broad array of technical disciplines.
What sets the company apart?
Kroschu is international and gives me the opportunity to work with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
What do you like in particular about Kroschu?
The fact that travelling is part of the job and that international experience is guaranteed. Remote work is also permitted.
What is especially important to you in regard to work/life balance? How does the company support you?
Kroschu supports remote work. This helps me to make time for my loved ones, in addition to advancing my career.
How would you describe the mood at Kroschu?
The mood is relaxed but still professional.
How good is the teamwork, and what measures does Kroschu take to foster cohesion within the company?
The team works well together. Kroschu organises events like the summer party to bring its employees together.
Would you recommend Kroschu? And if so, why?
Yes. I started at Kroschu as a working student, so it will be possible for me to get a job after graduating.
What are you studying?
Industrial engineering.
When did you join Kroschu? What do you do at Kroschu?
I have been a working student at Kroschu since July 2022, so a little more than one year. I have been writing my bachelor’s thesis in process engineering for the last six months.
How has Kroschu supported your development?
Kroschu made it possible to work during my degree course and to acquire experience in the field I am studying.
What is your team like at Kroschu?
Friendly and helpful.
Which are the insights into the practical work that you find particularly fascinating?
The topic of my bachelor’s thesis is very interesting in itself. Besides that, just working on some of the projects in my current department has piqued my interest to embark on a career in process engineering.
Which aspects of your time as a student at Kroschu will be beneficial for your future professional life?
The skills I have acquired in approaching issues and in the completion of projects.
What’s next for you?
I might well be able to continue my career as a process engineer with Kroschu as soon as I have completed this semester.
What advice would you give other students who would like to apply to Kroschu?
Apply! It could be the best decision of your career.
