Girls’ Day is intended to offer young women the opportunity to learn more about traditionally male-dominated professions. They include, for example, the professions of IT specialist (m/f/o), technical product designer (m/f/o), electronic technician (m/f/o) and industrial mechanic (m/f/o).

As a company, we are delighted to throw our weight behind Girls’ Day and organised an exciting event for all interested girls and participants on 27 April 2023. After all, we are keen to welcome young women into these professions and show them how inspiring the work can be. The agenda included some glimpses into our company and what budding IT specialists (m/f/o) learn during their training.

What’s more, the participants were invited to try their hands at some practical tasks and demonstrate their aptitude. Our apprentices were there to offer advice and assistance and were happy to answer questions.

We also scheduled a Boys’ Day on 27 April 2023 at our site in Wolfsburg. This ‘future day’ is intended to provide our young visitors (m/f/o) with insight into our company and the various professions they can learn with us in Wolfsburg
