Just relax. For better health at the workplace
We spend a large portion of the day at our workplaces. So taking care of our health while we are there is important and sensible. Two health days were held at the Abensberg site on 20 and 21 June 2023 as part of our health programme, which we organised with the Techniker Krankenkasse health insurance.
The agenda included some very exciting offers for our employees – from lung function checks to muscle tone measurements and running analysis to spine screening.
Two talks on the topics of ‘Active Breaks’ and ‘Shoulder, Neck, Jaw’ provided plenty of input as well. They were welcome opportunities for our colleagues to pick up some handy tips that are easy to integrate in everyday routines.
