In the course of applying for a vacant position, you disclose personal details to Kromberg & Schubert GmbH & Co. KG. Our prime concern is to handle your personal details confidentially. Consequently, we treat your details responsibly and with the utmost confidentiality in compliance with the applicable statutory data protection provisions.

We save and use your data electronically, for the sole purposes of processing your application. The data is only accessible to the HR department and is only forwarded to the offices relevant to the position. Should we find that you would be equally or better suited to another position, we will forward your application within our company.  We ask you to inform us if you do not agree with the above terms. The details shall not be distributed to third parties outside of Kromberg & Schubert GmbH & Co. KG. For legal reasons, your details are held for a maximum period of 3 months after completion of the application process, regardless of the outcome thereof.

Data transmission in the internet

We wish to advise you that we cannot guarantee the security of data transferred via the internet, (e.g. communication via E-mail). Data cannot be protected 100% against access by third parties.

Use of public contact details

The use of contact details, published within the scope of the mandatory legal notice, by third parties for the dissemination of publicity and information materials, which have not been explicitly requested, is hereby expressly prohibited. The website operators reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings in the event of any unwanted dissemination of publicity materials, in particular via spam emails.
